Heartbreak

If you are reading this I hope your heart is in no pain and if it is let these words hold you in two hands till you can stand again. Let go of the wheel my love, you drive a lot better when you don't grip the steering in uncertainty like your life depends on it, throw your head out the window and notice the stars gleam brighter from this angle.

There is nothing quite like love in this life, I truely believe it is the source of all things or there the lack of. I feel your pain, your doubt to start again. But trust me little butterfly your life span may be short but soon you'll see the reason. There is many need for unrequited love, hard goodbyes and starring at walls. You may not think now you can emerge on the other side, you may feel like one of those movies that ache your soul like you’ve missed the one. I truely believe every person you meet is a blessing to all you are and pain merely shows the depths of your heart and points you to what your soul wants with even more clarity of mind, pain is a compass to that you truely love. It is very important to be able to love things and let them go, that is life and if you can master both you master it all. If you are drowning in the pain of what was, I ask you not try to hate where you are or what got you there but to find the most ease in it all as you possibly can- some things are to be experienced as practise and nothing more. And if you cannot find an answer stop searching and let your pure heart show you your true soul, the pure hope you had in goals you wanted show more of your ability than you know, apply it to your character and watch your life grow. My first true love taught me that no matter how much you can know a person loves you, you must listen to what they say and do above all. That doubt is a monster that will always consume those who haven't had a place for trust to grow. To depend on the feeling, although real, will leave you in the dark. People don't follow their hearts often, it is a rebellion. My first true love I have decided was placed in my chest by God to bring me closer to myself and High above. Closer to the version of me I always was and how much you must live now. I would love to think the power of love can move mountains, and it can, but please do not break your back just to help it move said moutain. I think love will meet you many times in life, whether it is your own or someone else's, and your relationship with love itself will create the outcome. I know you may be hurting but know it's showing you all the things you want more of so let it be seen to only bring you closer to your true wants and desires. And through the journey of love it can create all, you may realise after love your own sanity is the only focus worth it, you may realise forgiveness is a virtue, you may realise you cannot control any outcome- whatever it is learn from it. Take these moments as beautiful beacons that point you even closer to what your soul knows you must deserve. Nothing of value is lost. I promise you this, like a loved one who passes the pain is in the goodness of all that they existed not that they are gone but that they held so much bliss. So therefore the love you felt in your chest could never be taken from you it is now yours to use and remember at your own will, it lives on if your mind permits and does not resist. Same goes for heart break, whether kind or unkind- let the pain show you your purpose, let it show you life is forever out of your control and that the things you love should be held with two hands gently and never taken for granted. You deserve to feel loved, seen, heard, felt and held. Do it for yourself above all.

And if right now you are sinking, let it. Fall into the abyss, the sensation of falling and trust it must be of service. If you are falling you are falling, don't fight it else you'll break when you hit the ground, relax to the feelings that are presented to you and the right ones will stay planted in your heart to guide you to your next destination, I promise.
